How does the software protect my privacy?

Privacy is very important to us. When you install the software, you will be prompted for a user ID. All email sent to your accountability partner regarding your monthly report will come from an X3Watch email address. The text of the email will only mention your user ID. Try a name like "Guitarplayer" or something more generic, whatever suits your fancy.

Does X3Watch log sites that I visited prior to the X3WatchPro install?

X3Watch only logs web activity and will only log visits to some chat rooms (adult chat rooms). It is designed for sexual addictions.

Does X3Watch work for P2P or Bittorrent programs such as kazaa or limewire?

No, it only monitors web activity (in a web browser).
